Meet The Team
Leo Stinson
Leo Stinson, the founder of Delta, has been an engineer for 40 years, which includes experience in civil engineering, structural engineering and inspection work. Leo Stinson has performed over 25,000 inspections including houses, buildings, termite inspections, mold inspections, forensic inspections, and more.
Leo Jablonski
Leo Jablonski has been an engineer and inspector for Delta since 1994. He has over 60 years of engineering experience, which includes being a chief development engineer, a water resources engineer, and the chief engineer for Trenton Sewer Utility. Leo Jablonski also built his home, entirely himself.

Kym Beaver
Kym has been working for Delta since 1993, shortly after Delta was founded. She has been Delta's office manager for over 25 years. Kym is who you will be speaking to over the phone when you call our office.
Samantha Beaver
Samantha has been Delta's social media manager since August of 2019. She received her B.S. from Rowan University in Business & HR Management and graduated from LSUS with her MBA.
